    ** *** **** **** *** *********** ** **** **** *** **** *** **** ** **** ***** ** ***** **** ** ***** *** **** ** **** ***** *** ***** ** **** ** ** **** *** He told me there would be no more fees when it came time to renew now he wants a $3,000 lender fee every year for the next 3 years after he swore up and down for a week there would be no more fees it would be interest only. So whatever you do **** *** get it in writing!

    ***** Monthly payments are interest only. Not there to help the borrower as they claim. Only out for the lender not the borrower. Interest rate was not bad but that is all you pay. At the end of a year you still owe the principle amount. NSF fees are $400.

    He doesn’t respond to inquiries, no news Gus very stressful and doesn’t follow through with any of the claims made in his web page at all.
    Very disappointing
