    Placed an Online order via the Subway App and accidently selected the wrong store. The App defaults to the last store ordered from and does not provide a warning prompt to switch stores. I view this as an issue with the App and have notified Subway. The store I selected was 3 hours away from my location. Immediately following placing the order, I realized my mistake and called the store 8 times. They answered after 18 minutes of me placing my order. I explained my situation and they refused to cancel my order and issue a refund. I did not receive a sub or a refund. They billed me $14.73 for my order. **** ********* ***** ** ***** **** *** I filed 2 online complaints and Subway did not respond back. I am seeking refund of my money. Thank You, ******
