    I purchased an engine on March 15th, engine was misfiring and losing coolant. it had a blown head gasket and wet spark plugs in 2 cylinders. I called Rick at aapex and he was apparently on holidays and I was supposed to be called when he got back. I called week after week trying to get a hold of him, he finally picked up, and he told me has another engine coming in and he would get that over to me, this was in May. I called him multiple times week after week and all Rick had, was excuses including that he didn't have a driver coming my way. I decided to make the trek to him to pick up the engine myself. this was on July 23rd. I brought it to the shop and found out that he Gave me the wrong engine. I called him and he said he would look into it and get back to me. after waiting for a week, he didn't reach out, so I tried reaching out again multiple times on different numbers. he finally answered and told me he would drop another engine which didn't happen until August 15th. I put the engine in and it's knocking very loud. I call him and he denies any issues with the engine and asks me to send him a video. I send him a video, and no answer again. he then denies it being his engine. this is the level of service you will receive from Rick W! * ***** **** **** **** **** ***** ** * ****** *** ********* he has no care for anything after he's received his money.
