    A contract was entered into on June 26, 2022 for a project service date of June 30 until July 5, 2022. The transactions are as follows. Payment was paid by etransfer. There was two 25% deposits before the job start date. On June 25, 2022, $3000 was etransfered to John M. owner of higher level hardscape and construction. On June 26, 2022, $471.25 was etransferred to John M. owner of higher level hardscape and construction. The first 25% deposit was 3471.25. On June 28, 2022, $3000 was etransfered to John M. owner of higher level hardscape and construction. On June 29, 2022, $471.25 was etransferred to John M., owner of higher level hardscape and construction. The second 25% deposit was 3471.25 The total transaction amount etransferred was $6942.50. Higher level hardscape and construction committed to providing a stone patio and front walkway. The dispute is that the company has ceased all communication as of July 12,2022. The company has stopped all communication and in doing is refusing to finish the service of providing a stone patio and front walkway. Higher level hardscape and construction has not tried to resolve the problem as of July 12, 2022.
