This company is ******** and unprofessional while unable to communicate with the consumer. I previously had an issue with this company where they "fired" me as a client. * **** * **** ****** ** ****** ******* *** ** **** ************* *** because I would not remove my review they told me to take my business elsewhere ***** ******** ********* ** over the telephone.
I sent my husband to pick up my documents, not wanting to go back after the aggressive call. My husband was sent back to the car to inform me that I had to come in and sign off on the documents and claim them. We were in the office together, where I was asked not to return to the office again and informed they would not do my taxes in the future because I did not change my review which was posted 2 days prior to my visit to the office per their demands.
At this time my husband was told in front of me that his taxes would be filed and they would contact him to come and pay/pick up his return when completed as he had a US tax return involved in the process.
This all happened in April 2023. My husband only received a call to come and pickup his taxes yesterday. When he went today he was informed that they never filed his taxes and he was given his documents to go file elsewhere. When he asked why this is the case and why he was not called sooner to get his documents. The representative told him that I was told they would not be doing his taxes either going forward, and he needed to pickup his documents. However, we were both present when he signed off for them to complete his taxes and I was politely fired as a client at the same time.
** * ***** **** **** ******* * * **** ****** * ****** * ****** ** **** * ********* **** *** *** ******* my husband is now going to be charged for filing his taxes late and this may impact our finances due to Child Tax credit and any credits he was being offered by the US government from COVID rebates, potentially messing up our day to day finance for the next year.
