    Terrible experience. Left standing at the door with no instructions on how to enter. Agoda was the booking agent and they also could not contact Smart Stays. Have been waiting for over a week for even a simple text to confirm how and when our money will be refunded. I understand that sometimes things go wrong in terms of the code not being provided (and Agoda having the wrong code) but it is so ************** to not respond to us afterwords.

    I stayed in a property for more than a month and it has been a few months since I left the property, and have called left messages, and sent emails, and yet they still haven't refunded my security deposit, these people are not playing fair.

    Booked and stayed January 20-24, 2024 and after 4 weeks still did not get my deposit And when text I was blocked and told to contact the third party company

    I booked a rental home through Smart Stays, Inc. for 12/24/2023 - 12/29/2023 on ****. I paid the full amount for the home. Two weeks before our family vacation they canceled our reservation.
    It has been 2 weeks and we still have not received a refund from Smart Stays. **** is trying to contact this management company and they have not been responsive. This is very frustrating and upsetting to deal with such an unprofessional company like this. I have sent emails and called **** every day. Without any luck so far.
