    No company address. No after sale pre-delivery contract information. I was told that tje company headquarters was in West Palm Beach, Fl by someone who called me stating that she was only a receptionist! After investigation the only address I find for the company is Farmhouse Kitchen And Bath

    I was promised delivery for a job within 10 days. All I get when I call is a promise to call me back. Callbacks are made by persons who also promise to call me back. I spent $1668.80 which included delivery insurance! **** ******* ** * *******

    bought a ***** oven one year ago. Worked beautiful for six months and then everything started going wrong with it. I paid $2140 dollars for it and had never had a new oven in my life. Was so excited but then it became my worst dream.I also financed it with *** *** and now it's ruining my credit! Then customer service came a few day's ago and they glued the knob with superglue? Never heard of glueing a $21400.00 oven before. I'm not a rich person but just love making cheesecakes and all I do is waste eggs, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, graham crackers, cream cheese and flour. Ive never been so dissapointed with a product in my life. It has a four year warranty on it but by time I get this oven to work correctly, I will be DEAD. This oven is no fun to cook with, it should'nt be so difficult. Very,very, very sorry I bought this oven, not worth the money at all.
