August 17, 2023 the vehicle was brought into Daves Automotive Services for a transmission transfer. At this time, I spoke to ***************** (owner) who assured me that Daves Automotive Services would be able to repair the problem. Their diagnosis of the situation and discussion between myself and owner (*****************) was the transmission was slipping and no longer can be used, however staff needed view SUV thoroughly for proper assessment of what needed to be done. At this time the consumer, ************************* was not provided with a quote for the work and ***************** would touch base with me later in month to schedule a time slot for repair.I am seeking $1,500 for the extensive personal time I have spent rectifying this issue, and not providing a quote with numerous requests, as well including numerous third partiesThe CPA, ************ of *************** and The Better Business Bureau. In addition, where the customer identified mistakes made in the invoice that was given by Daves Automotive Services. On October 20, 2023, I presented a letter of demand and intent in order to receive compensation from Daves Automotive Services. Most importantly that I had received a fully fictitious itemized bill on October 20, 2023, I ************************* has endured nefarious actions from ***************** to rectify this experience. I have displayed amicable and plenty of patience in this matter. ***************** has exhibit tortious interferences, such as, but not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, extortion of my time and not providing a quote.I seek to resolve this matter in good faith. I was at one point offered an alternative location to complete transmission transfer, however denial of proposal has prolonged this situation and has manifested numerous infractions.
