    I was at the bar ordering a drink as I observed the bartender only servicing half the bar so I looked to the other bartender and asked if there was a reason she was only serving half the bar and not working down the line and I got a response from her saying it is her first night give her an F*cking break and if you dont like it theres the door being completely surprised by the way she just spoke to me as a customer I said oh wow and at that moment she raises her hand and snaps her fingers and has security assault me by dragging me out of the bar. Not once did they identify themselves as security nor ask me to leave they just took force and in doing so made my pants fall down and threw me onto the street with no shoes or my jacket in winter weather. I was not being resistant I told the security as they were dragging me stop it what are you doing let me get my jacket it I will leave but they didnt bat an eye and just kept pulling. Than when I ask for information on the staff that just assaulted me they deny me it and when I ask for the owner of the business number they reply with you wont be able to contact them their in ***** I had the police show up and also gave statement on what happened

    Hello, 

    I have reviewed the following complaint made by ***** *** (hereinafter referred to as Mr. **** and strongly disagree with the  claims made.

    There were 2 bartenders working that night, 1 being newly hired and trained, and the other a longtime employee. During busy nights, our bartenders split the bar area. 1 bartender works the centre and right side of the bar, and the other works the left side. The reason for this is to make sure everyone is being helped and served in a timely manner and to make it fair for the employees working. This customer came to the left side where the new bartender was working and started complaining that she was not taking his order quick enough. He was quite upset and started being rude and impolite through his words and actions. The other bartender heard his remarks and asked him to give her a break as she was working a busy night for the first time. He then started verbally assaulting our employees, and further physically assaulting them by throwing his drink behind the bar. His behaviour was disturbing other customers and creating a nuisance. As we do not tolerate any customer harassing our employees, our bartender asked security to ****** him out of the premise. 

    During this time, his pants which were already baggy and loose, dropped further below his waist and he was unable to pull them up. His pants were constantly falling and he had to pull them up repeatedly the whole night as multiple employees mentioned. Once outside, Mr. *** called the police and gave his statement. 

    I was in fact there during this time and attending to other matters when this issue occurred. As I saw security escorting him out, I thought that everything was under control and the employees handled the situation well. I was never made aware that Mr. *** was looking to speak with me. Had I been aware, I would have spoken with him directly then and there.

    We strive to ensure every customer in the premise and our employees feel safe and comfortable. We are more than happy to discuss and provide specific details about the events, if needed. However, we do not believe our staff handled this customer in the wrong manner and provided him with adequate warnings to stop his behaviour.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was not wearing baggy clothing and had multiple customers with me as friends that can act as witness to this as well as I was standing with a friend at the bar when I asked the bartender if we could be please served as we were waiting there for 20 mins and this woman also gave statement to the police 

    and my name is ****** not hurly can we make sure you know my name and take the time to address this situation seriously as I reject your response and will be further pursuing this as my property was damaged and you making it out to be my fault

    I was also informed that if Id like to speak to the owners to contact their ******** page as their in ***** and wont respond and arent here them claiming to be there that night is completely unacceptable as I was outside requesting the owners and or manager and I was being refused and kept away from my property now my shoes are damaged from being dragged across the floor while I couldnt walk because they wouldnt allow me to pull up my pants they assaulted me

    Also while speaking to my friends I was seated with that night this all happened on the right side of the bar so this person has now fabricated a completely false statement and has submitted it 

    I want the video from that night also names and verification all staff members were licensed because they should never of handled me the way they did and they should have announced they were security before grabbing me and dragging me out the bar and as for physically assaulting their staff by throwing my drink I pushed my e,pty glass towards the back of counter as I didnt have a drink they hadnt served me 

    again I will be pursuing this further
