    Dear BBB,I am filing a complaint against ******* ********** of Kinetic Construction / Snow Removal. In early October, I hired this contractor to construct a concrete retaining wall. However, their work has been substandard, unsafe, and unacceptable. Despite paying over $35,000 (more than 90% of the total contract price), the project remains incomplete as of late November. Additionally, the contractors behavior has been unprofessional, evasive, and unethical.Key Issues:Substandard Construction:Used inferior materials for forming instead of proper materials, compromising structural integrity.Failed to vibrate the concrete, leaving cracks, honeycombs, and *********** section is leaning dangerously, and another is missing a large chunk of concrete.Did not create a proper footing for the wall, compromising **************** Hazard:The wall poses a serious safety risk and requires a complete teardown and rebuild.Unethical Conduct:Demanded upfront payments and refused to proceed if we didnt comply.Refused to sign paper documentation and bragged about it upon learning of potential legal action.Project Delays:Despite starting in early October, the project remains incomplete as of late November.Negligence in Worksite Management:Left the worksite in disarray with rocks, gravel, and soil scattered everywhere, causing inconvenience to neighbors.Resolution Demanded:Given the defective condition of the retaining wall, we are requesting a major refund. The current structure must be demolished, and the wall rebuilt to meet safety standards.******* Krizmanichs failure to deliver proper workmanship, coercive payment demands, refusal to sign documentation, and delays demonstrate a lack of professionalism and accountability. This has caused significant financial loss, stress, and safety concerns.We urge the BBB to investigate and hold ******* ********** (Kinetic Construction / Snow Removal) accountable.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
