    we bought a *** CARNIVAL May 4 2023. They didnt put our trailer hitch on it until last minute (also was informed upon pick up that the wiring harness for the hitch had a safety recall) and mixed up our winter carpets and the finance person messed up the paper work but was away. That day the finance person who took over fixed things and off we went. I was told that the mats would be ***laced (have yet to be but no paper trail). Sadly our sales person quick less than a week later. - in May of this year we found out that they now dont carry the wire harness due to not being able to work out the quirks (ok thats fine but they solution was to sell us a brand new van trade in ours and drastically increase our payments) I had a meeting on May 24 and they refused to offer another option. Between then and July 9 we discussed things and we finally told them No we couldnt get the new vehicle and asked what was Another option. I followed up on July 18 about option and between then and November 6 I left some voice mails for a lady named ***** and their general mailbox and no response (maybe 3-4 voicemails). - on November 6 I texted the *** I was dealing with and she called me and said the only solution was a refund for our trailor hitch and wiring harness and she would call me in a few days when a cheque was ready for pick up. - I followed up on November 22 and December 3 with no response - I called the week of November 29 and left a msg for finance about it and havent gotten a call back - I called on Friday December 6 being persistent to talk to someone and I talked to **** (parts manager) who said he would call me back by the end of the day (called him at 9:42am). Its the evening of Monday December 9 and still no call. - the refund is $1700 plus taxes (but Ive been paying interest for our loan, dont know if that matters). Its been over a year and half and there is many other little things that Ive given up on.
