    Ruby L. of Legere's Accounting and Tax Services Inc was hired in 2022 to refile our taxes for previous years and to submit 2022 tax forms. We were charged for time submitting paperwork to CRA which was never sent although we were assured that it was and we would be receiving a refund. She has always been very evasive in how much our refund would be and In the past few months this person has stopped communicating with us and has blocked us so all our emails are returned and she will not answer our calls.
    We had requested our money back and all the papers we submitted to her be returned by June 30th and have received nothing.

    Good morning Everyone,

    I'm sorry for the delay I'm still dealing with a lot of health issues right now.

    I'm trying to find my other emails as I'm pretty sure there was communications. I'm trying to look through my other emails but as the account for [email protected] got closed for non pay due to me being sick. That is the reason they didn't have a response from that email. I also didn't have anyone in the office to help me or let me know what was going on. Before I got sick the staff that I had up till Dec. where not reliable. A lot of the times I didn't get the messages and they didn't respond to my clients. I did tell them where to go on the program and to send their files. I'm guessing that didn't happen.

    Really sorry for the inconvenience as I didn't expect to get so ill.

    I did how ever fall suddenly sick and am only getting treatments now. This cause me to be unable to work due to not being able to see properly *** ** *** ***** ******* * ***** **** ***** ******* **** **** ****** ****** *** **** ****** *** ***** ****** **** ********* ****** **** **** * *** ******* ** *** ****** ** **** *** **** *** **** ******* ***** ** *** *********

    I'm currently looking through boxes to find their files as I had to move out of my office and I didn't pack the boxes up.

    and I will refund the client their money.

    I will try to have everything couriered by Friday.

    once I find the other emails I will attach if that option is still available.

    I am rejecting this response because:  To date we have not received any monies or paperwork even though she stated to you that the monies and paperwork would be couriered to us last Friday, September 8, 2023.  Although she was ill and states her accounts were closed, it still doesn't explain why she wouldn't take our calls.  We know it was the correct number because a mutual acquaintance had been in contact with her at that number the same day we tried.
