**** ****** **** ********** ****** I took my kitten in as he developed FLUTD. They charged us 1849.63 for the emergency admission, and once we got our car back we paid an additional 2300. When we recalculated the invoices, it turned out they owed us money. We advised them of this, and received an email saying they would credit us back 1813.17. 2 days later, we received a new invoice with email saying that they didn't add other invoices and as such, were keeping the 1813.17. We have emails from them admitting to a account error, and now they decided to make up a new invoice and keep pur money. **** ***** ** ********* **** ***** ****** ** ****** **** *** ****** We are looking into other ways to collect our money and if this means small claims, this is what we will do.

    Dear Ms. *******,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Ensuring transparency in our billing process is important to us, and we understand how frustrating this situation must be.

Following a thorough review, we can confirm that the $1,713.17 credit was applied to Coco’s final bill on March 17, 2025, as he remained hospitalized until March 19, 2025. These charges were outlined in the invoices provided and explained during our communications with you and Brenton.

Additionally, ******* had scheduled an in-person meeting with our Team Lead on March 24, 2025, to go over the invoice again, but unfortunately, he was unable to attend. We remain available to clarify any outstanding questions you may have and encourage you to reach out to us at ****@****.vet if you’d like to discuss this further.

    Unfortunately, your facility is very mismanaged. When we paid in full, there should be no reason that after 2 days of us leaving with our pet and we provide you with proof that you math is wrong and owe us money for over charging us, that all of a sudden you produce a brand new invoice. Mind you, we paid in full when we left with our pet. I'm pretty sure it's against the law for any company to generate a brand new invoice after a customer has left. **** **** ***** ** *********** ***** * **** ** ***** *** ****** **** ***** ** ** ******** *** **** ****** **** **** **** ** ******* ** ********** ******* * ******* ***** ****** ****** ****** *** **** ******* **** **** **** ********** **** ****** **** *** **** ******** **** ********* **** ******** ****** ** ******* **** ****** ************ **** ** ****** ** ***** *** ** ***** ***** **** **** *** ***** ******* You cannot decide to generate a new invoice to accommodate your error.

On December 8th , I brought my cat in for surgery to remove a mass.
So once surgery was over Dr. Lea M. called me to tell me that surgery was over and ****** is recovering. But I heard a BUT it her voice. She told me that they had to quickly close ****** up as they were going to lose her as she had lost a lot of blood and they had none on hand. She also said that there was a ruptured ulcer which I was not aware of. So on Saturday Dec 10th they sent her home with an open incision. Then Sunday night I rushed her back as the incision was bleeding. After they cleaned her up they sent her home again. So keep in mind. Dr Lea M was her surgeon and she never called to see how ****** was doing. So the week went by and poor ****** ate a bit bit then by Friday December 16, ****** incision was bleeding out of control.
So had to bring her back in and when calling to speak to surgeon no one was available. So of course, I was getting upset . When arriving at the hospital they took her in and administered an IV. Dr. Debbie R. came to talk to me about ******s condition and of course she was very sick as she lost allot of blood. Her blood was not clotting.
So question ; why would you operate when you know you have no blood *** *** **** **** ***** ***. I may have raised my voice but did not swear as I was accused of my Kaitlyn.
On Saturday December 17 I had to make a difficult decision on what was best for ******. I had to put my little girl down.
I did my research on the hospital but not on Dr.Lea M.
As of today Dr. M. has yet to call me. So ppl please research the doctor that will be operating on your fur baby as it can make a different. My baby was only 8 years old.
I have not heard back from Management on my concerns on what exactly happened thar morning on ******. It should have been a standard operation which turned into putting her down. Not acceptable
