    Recieved money from insurance pay out and won't release lien ,still have lien on the sxs which was paid out over 6 months ago
    Needed to argue with a guy on the phone to tell me if lien has been paid out or not,he told me he can't give me no information, I demanded to get it anyways and finally he gave me a simple answer of no

    Financed a four wheeler through them early this year and on Friday June 16 2023 I made a payment of $5000 on my loan and when I went to check my bank account to see if the money went through I had noticed they took the $5000 twice, so $10,000 in total. I called Yamaha finance on the next business day witch was June 19 2023 to try and get this resolved. I was told that I would get my $5000 back but it would take a few days. I waited a week then called back then was told it needs to be processed. It has now been a month and a half and calling multiple times a week. I’m still getting told the same thing it’s being processed. I’ve been told several times a supervisor would call me and give me an update and never heard from anyone. I even sent in some emails and never got a response back. Will never recommend to anyone to finance anything through them and I’ll never use them again. There mess up also costed me more money by overdraft fees with my bank.

    traded in an **** for ******* *** and after loan was done up took 4 exter payments out of my account pluse payment for my new loan back in Nov 10 2022 still waiting for my overpayment of old load that thay continued to take out and it is jan 20 2023 called said there is a delay in payments will be next week what a bunch of crock never again will deal with them
