    I was involved in a car accident on Sep 5th 2023, my car was towed away for repair at the company name HTL, ******** ** ******** *** ***** ***** ** *** *** ***** ******* ***** ******** This company was dealing through my insurance company to repair my car, my insurance company arranged a rental car for me until my own car is repaired.
    HTL completed the work on my car and i was told to pick up my car on Nov 22, 2023.
    My insurance company was taking care of the rental car payment during the repair time.
    HTL company took extra ordinary time than a normal time to complete the work on my car.
    HTL suppose to inform my insurance company of the reason of any delay of completing the repair of my car.
    But they didn't inform my insurance company about the reason of delay. They committed with the insurance company to complete the repair and hand over the car on Nov 11, 2023. The rental car company was paid by my insurance company until Nov 11, 2023 but my car was completed and handed over to me on Nov 22, 2023. The HTL company didn't provide the reason of further delay to complete the work on my car to insurance company.
    Now the rental car company is demanding me the balance for the rental car from Nov 11, 2023 to Nov 22, 2023.
    I visited at the HTL location on 4th April, 2024 but i was told by the staff at that address that they are no longer exist at this location.
    Their phone number is still in service but no one answers the phone.
    Please reply to me regarding this matter what can be done to resolve this issue.

    Subject: Urgent Complaint - Unresolved Vehicle Claim (Claim #*******) at HTL Collision Repair



    Dear HTL Collision Repair Management,



    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent vehicle claim



    Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, my concerns remain unaddressed. The issue revolves around the storage and repair of my vehicle at HTL Collision Repair, resulting in significant inconvenience.


    I followed the recommended process by addressing my concerns with your team, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I am now seeking your immediate attention to escalate the matter further.

    4. Clarify why Shayan has not responded to my messages over the phone.

    5. Clarify why the car has not been repaired.

    6. Clarify why Shayan has not allowed me to take my car out of storage.





    I request a thorough review of my file by a representative from your management, as outlined in your complaint resolution



    Moreover, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service and accommodation provided since this matter was brought to your attention on December 18, 2023. Although I had high expectations for a swift and efficient resolution, I was unfortunately let down by several aspects of the experience.



    Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in bringing this situation to a resolution.
