    I received my consumer report and noticed that there was an inaccurate account on my credit report. The below account does not belong to my nor have a signed any contract with ****. I want this account removed immediately from my credit report.

    I am rejecting this response because: you have not verified my identity with the credit bureau. Can you please provide the original contract reflecting my signature and personal information for this account so that we may cross reference and exam rhe facts. 

    This would be impossible for my identity to be verified as I have never

    dealt with your company or the dental office related to the account. 

    Per law, you are required to provide proof of verification and not just a computer generated response.

    Please provide proof on your next correspondence.
