    Del Condo Rentals is renting out my condo unit and they have significantly overcharged me.

    During the most recent tenant move out and new tenant leasing, they informed me of very rough estimated costs (and they did not even tell me about costs for handy man services) and ended up charging me more than $2500 without my approval. They asked for an 'acknowledgement' and I wrote that I acknowledged the estimates email but did not approve the charges. They are slow to respond to me and promised to reimburse the management fees as they did not have my approval for the charges. I have not have the management fees reversed even though they provided me an email saying they would.

    They charge HST on rent commission from the first month (which they entirely collect) as well as HST their monthly management fee; however, these items are not explicitly broken out so I doubt they pay this HST to the government.

    Overall, I think their accounting practices are suspect as their management portal is not showing me records older than May 2023, where there seems to be a reset and my account balanace starts at Zero and does not receive rent for the month of May 2023 despite the unit having a tenant. * ***** *** ********* ***** ******** **** *****

    I have been unable to reach the Del condo rental representative team or landlord re: Lease agreement inquiry, since January 2023. I have emailed the landlord and Del rental support email, multiple times and have no update on my inquiry.
