    I have been a subscriber of this company for many years, but recently, especially, the services provided have significantly worsened.
    Really good series and movies appear rarely, and when they do, each episode is added once a week or even twice a week.
    It takes months for all the episodes to appear, and then the movie disappears within a week.
    So we were able to watch only half of the latest series.
    I paid for an annual subscription and when I was faced with the fact that I could not watch new series to the end, I demanded a refund minus the past month from the date of payment. I was refused, citing the subscription rules, where this was actually discussed. That is, the company guaranteed its profits even if the service provided does not meet any requirements.
    The representative of the financial department is ******** and speaks with mockery and is not professional.
    I do not recommend using this service under any circumstances

    Content Availability: We add all content aired on national television channels to our archive immediately. However, we're bound by the original airing schedule. If new episodes are broadcast weekly, we can't alter this frequency. The same applies to our online cinema archive of our partners. Most of their tv series episodes are aired once per week.
    Broadcasting Rights: Our ability to air specific content is governed by contractual agreements with copyright holders. The duration for which we can offer TV series or movies is determined by these rights.
    User Agreement: As per section 3.3.1 of our user agreement, which all subscribers accept upon registration, "The Website and the Website content are distributed on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis." This means content may be removed when broadcasting rights expire.
    Customer Service: We pride ourselves on our highly trained, professional customer service team. They are instructed to always interact courteously with clients and strive to resolve issues effectively.
