    I wish my only complaint was the time it took this *** to deliver their product.
    I have light weight rimless titanium multi focal glasses with 6.1 lenses. I accepted the quote and posted the specs with tracking no, realising I had not marked the pupil location on them T sent an email requesting that if they could not get an accurate reading off the existing lenses to return the specs to me so I could mark and return them, they proceeded without returning them.
    When I eventually got my specs back I noticed the weight and thickness of the lenses, they were far thicker than my originals and equivalent to 5.1 lenses also they were not in line with my pupils.
    I contacted them concerning the lens thickness wondering if they had supplied 5.1 lenses in error, I was told that they are definitely 6.1 lenses to take them to any optometrist for confirmation, so I did, I actually showed four optometrists at a nearby centre, two could not read the lenses clearly, one found the prescription and the last found the prescription and locating marks on the lenses but nothing to determine the material or any Australian Standard markings confirming that they are NOT Australian made lenses.
    With this I lost all confidence in this company so found another on line provider who could guarantee a thin 6.1 light weight Australian product and sent my specs off for lenses.
    Based on incorrect pupil location a refund was agreed, as a backup I started an action via paypal and was offered a refund on return of the lenses, I agreed, given elapse time in getting the lenses back to them the ****** action was closed and you guessed it no promised refund.
    I have now commenced recovery action through my bank and am letting the world know exactly what a ****** outfit this *** are, learn from my mistake. ** ****** *** ** * ***** *** ***** ** ****** ******** ******* ******** ******* **** * ***** ****** ** ***** **** **** **** ** ***** *** **** *** ***** *** *****

    Ordered 3 pairs of glasses online. Appears to be a Canadian company but they are not, this companies delivery came from Australia. They advertise shipping within 12 days however it took them about 6 weeks (42 days) to pull it off. Partial order arrived with the prescription in 1 pair completely wrong. Thankfully I used ****** and they are looking into it. Learn from the mistake of others. Foretold is Forewarned. Never again.

    Optically reglazed a pair of *** **** for me. They matched the original g15 tint very nicely. I had my order in my hands within the lead time for a custom order, so I am happy.

    ***** ********* **** ** * ****** ******** They take forever. They don't follow up. When I followed up with them, I found they broke the frames and didn't have another of those frames. So if I didn't follow up - would they have told me?? They told me I needed to pick another frame of the same value.
    I did, and then again they asked me to pick another frame. Are they forcing me to pick a more expensive frame --- which of course I will have to pay extra for - even though THEY broke the frame?
    Bottom line --- I still have no glasses (which were prepaid).
