    ****,
We appreciate your feedback as we're always looking to improve. The contract was cancelled and the equipment was returned. Nothing was finalized.
We called promptly multiple times regarding this manner. However, this has been resolved.

I filled out a survey and was told that if I was selected, I'd get a free fire blanket. They reached out, set up an appointment, then arrived. Upon arrival, they didn't have a fire blanket, told me I could get a free emergency kit with a whistle + other things in it instead. But, we could reschedule and they'd come back the next day with the fire blanket. I guess they sold the one they had for me to someone else. Anyways, the next day came and went, nobody showed up.
    I had a feeling they wouldn't come because once they realized my husband was there (I didn't tell them on purpose), that they wanted to know why he wasn't going to be there for the next visit. I said he had to work... then they left saying they'd come back. I didn't think they would because they probably assumed that if he wasn't there they wouldn't make a sale. *** * ** ***** **** **** ***** ** ** *** ****** ******* ** ***** **** ***** **** ** ***** **** ***** *** ** *** ** ********* *** ***** **** ******* **** *** ******* * **** ***** ** ****** **** ***** ** ** ** *********** ***** * * ****** ******** ** *** ***** ** ** * **** *** ***** ****** ******** **** **** *** ******* **** *** ******** I would not recommend filling out any surveys or making an appointment to come. They wasted my time more than once, and I'm glad they didn't return because I have no problems asking anyone to leave.
They don't have any phone# to reach anyone, they don't have a full profile on social media, and their website is missing details in weird places. *** *** **** ** **** *** * ***** ********* *** ** **** **** I guess this is their way about going around laws we have related to door to door sales by ***** about what it is all about.

Appreciate the feedback. The blanket was sent out and you should have received it.

I have cameras set up that notify me when someone enters my property, and no representatives of this company ever did come by (other than the visit a week ago - which caused part of the issue).

Good afternoon! What city are you in? We'll get you this blanket if you haven't received it.

I was also contacted by phone by EHS to "arrange a time for a representative to personally deliver a fire safety kit" in my home as I had been "selected", although the company had no office or representative I could contact here in B.C.. It seemed 'off' and it was unclear exactly how they got my name. Although the caller was polite, it seemed like an unsolicited sales pitch at best. *** **** * ******* *** *** *** ******** ******** *** ** **** *** *** **** ** ****** ******

Somehow, and we don't know how...We were contacted by phone by EHS indicating we had been "selected" to receive an Emergency First Aid Kit that must be hand-delivered. The EHS representative arrived late, same day on a Saturday afternoon and proceeded to engage us in a 90-minute (unsolicited) presentation on the risks of house fires, the inadequacies of Kidde Smoke Alarms and the superior quality of OmniShield smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The presentation was very "slick" using an **** and displaying physically the various devices for sale. At no time did the representative explain how we had been "selected" when asked and insisted that both myself and my partner had to be present for the presentation for him to get credit for the visit. The presentation *** **** ************* *** resulted in a quote of nearly $7000.00 for a full package of detectors. I responded by telling the representative that "there is no scenario in which we would commit to a purchase" on the basis of the cold, house call. The representative did not appreciate this response and indicated that we would lose a $300 discount if we did not purchase on the spot. I repeatedly stated that there was "no scenario" in which a commitment to purchase would be made and finally said "you're not hearing me" to the sales person. At this point I stated that "we're done here" and basically had to ask him to leave. The sales pitch was high pressure, disrespectful and **** *** ********** ********* ** ******* **** *********. * ************ ***** ******* ****** **** ****** ********* ********* ********* ********* *** ***** ******* *********** ** ******* * ***** ** ** ********* **** ********* ** **** ***** ** **** **** *** ******* ********** ** *** ** ********* ** **** ******** *******
