      This company is trying to overcharge on a remaining balance for the installation of a garage door. The original agreed upon amount for the trim installation around the garage door was $500 plus tax. A year later I am receiving letters from the company saying that I owe them $768.40. * ******* ***** **** ********** *** **** * ******* ** *** ***** *** I have asked for a copy of the original bill that we agreed upon in writing to settle the matter. The company (Dodds Doors) refuses to send me the original bill and will only ask for the above amount, which is an over charge. I wish to pay the remaining CORRECT amount. I would like to get this sorted and be done with this ******** company. The company offers me no proper invoice after almost one year that the work was completed. ****** *******

      Thank you for providing a valuable service, I credit BBB with escalating my concerns to come to a resolution with the business, Dodds Doors.  I have now been invoiced for the correct amount, and have paid what I am owing.
