    Thank you ***** for your detailed inquiry regarding the attempted sale of your gift cards. Thank you also for speaking with us online and over the phone as we try to investigate and resolve the issue. As part of the investigation, we have confirmed that your package was dropped off at a ****** **** location in November and during the time of the ****** **** national strike, the cards were somehow used at several retail locations closest to the post office location. We have received details from the retailer regarding the use of the cards and we will fully comply with police investigations into the possible theft and unauthorized use of the cards. In the meantime, we have agreed to complete the sale transaction in good faith in the hopes that the card values will be recovered once the thief is caught. Thank you for your patience and understanding through this unfortunate situation.
