    I am writing for your assistance in getting a refund from ProHair Lines, a hair salon that I have been a customer of for many years. I can no longer use their services due to my personal situation. On September 14, 2023, I gave $765 cash for 12 pre-paid maintenance visits and received a receipt. On October 12, 19, and 26, I did send separate text messages to inform them that I wanted a refund. After the last text, I spoke over the phone with their manager *****. He mentioned that the owner ** **************** *** ******* *********** had been contacted and should respond to my request, however, I have not yet received a communication. Since it has been three weeks since my initial text, I kindly request your help to get my money back.
