      In early December our old furnace stopped working. ********, with whom we had had a protection plan for many years, were unresponsive and left us without heat for six days. When we contacted Belyea Brothers, they responded immediately. Jamieson M. arrived punctually, clearly explained their offerings and patiently answered questions. In installing our new furnace and AC, Belyea were punctual, professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. And they cleaned up after themselves.

      I had contacted another company initially about lack of heating in my house. 4 different service people from that company were unable to diagnose and solve the problem.
      I subsequently contacted Belyea Bros. Concerning lack of heating. Hemon and Arman were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 24hr. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue.

      I called Belyea at about 1:00PM on Tuesday regarding a leaking pipe leading to the furnace. Khalil M. arrived promptly, identified the problem (humidifier saddle valve leaking), replaced the value and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Khalil was efficient, polite and I'd welcome him on future occasions. Thanks to all at Belyea for the excellent service. FIVE STARS !

      Used this company when putting in our high efficiency furnace about 12 years ago. Seemed extra pricey at the time but their branding is all about heating older homes in downtown Toronto. Used them for a while then put in some *** **** A/C units using a different company who specialized in cooling. Then a few years ago heard about Belyea's 'Maintenance Plan' whereby you supposedly get a discount on service/ repairs and priority over other customer. Had our furnace serviced in the Spring for upward of $400. Ran for another 2 weeks then switched off for summer. Just fired it up for Fall and a buzz saw sounding ********** sound was coming from furnace. They send a guy out and he spends 20 min., finds nothing and charges me $150. Same guy who came in the Spring. When I reached out twice to work something out / express my dissatisfaction, I was ghosted and then got hold of the head guy there who said he was unable to help me out, after I suggested we meet half way and split that $150. Zero interest in keeping me as a customer. Incredible that in2022, that is the thinking in how to keep a good reputation, keeping a paying customer.

      We had to have our old ductless AC replaced.The installers arrived on time,did an excellent job and picked up and cleaned everything after job was done.

      Belyea Brothers replaced my furnace, AC and water heater. They came and measured all the existing ductwork and replaced the older return air with a new custom curved duct for better airflow. Also installed brand new copper and electric to the AC instead of reusing original copper and electric. This was a challenging install due to the tight space. Took 2-1/2 days to complete the work, responding to all questions and concerns. Very pleased by the work overall. Even the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also made sure that all warranty documents were submitted to the manufacturer.
