    ** * ***** **** **** ********* ******* * ******** **** ****** * ****** * **** ***** ***** **** **** ***** ************* ************** *** ******* ** ** **** **** * **** **** **** ****** I purchased a sofa back in January 2019 (not to mention that they were 5+ hours late on the delivery) and by April it had completely fallen apart. The cushions were deflated and springs are popping out of every cushion. The back cushions have also deflated and the leather is warping. When I called the store to complain, they told me at first that since I had bought it on sale that it's to be expected?? What does that have to do with anything? I bought it brand new in the box? Then they said to send pictures, which i did, and after many complaints that they would replace the sofa. But when I would call to follow up on where my new sofa was, they had every excuse under the sun including that the shipment from overseas was delayed, it arrived but it was the wrong style, then the wrong color, etc. 6 months later, I am still waiting for a replacement for my sofa and I have not received it nor have I received a refund on my payment. I have sent numerous emails, text messages and voice mails and zero response from them. I've even called 3 times today and they don't answer the phones or respond to my texts. I have been dealing with the owner Narinder, who is **** *** ********* *** full of excuses when you talk to him. **** *** **** **** **** ******* *** ***** ******* ** *** **** *** ** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** **** ****** *** **** ** *** ******** *** **** ****** **** ***** ** **** ******* * *** ** ********* ******* I originally posted **** negative review and the owner finally called me and told me that if I did not remove the negative review that he would not replace my sofa. They then delivered, after 6 months of dealing with this, the wrong colour. The owner told me he'd re-deliver the right color the following week. At this point, I was done.

    * ****** * ****** * ***** **** *** ** ******* ******* *** ***** ******* I still cant believe the level of poor service and quality that this company has offered me. I bought some furnitures in the beginning of July and they missed so many deliveries, delivered broken furnitures and finally I thought I wad getting a good product only for them to deliver a cracked coffee table. I have being buying from this company for 10 years. I bought a bed that was never delivered and they couldn't even honor that deal, I had to buy a new set, more expensive. they delivered my side tables almost a year after I purchased the set saying it was on back order. I kept understanding and buying from them. I have spent more than a 100K with this company but now I am done. Their customer service is very poor and the quality of their product is not guaranteed, some stuff are good, some are not. After 5 years, I had to change my living and dinning sets and bought from them again because I am a loyal customer but after this, am done. Am no longer buying from them. They asked me to remove my bad review and I told them I wont do it because it's the truth. And now, I told them my coffee table is cracked, nobody is saying anything about replacing it. I need it replaced and my next stop will be social media
