      Got bait and switched by this company on their "free shipping" offer. Had a really hard time with their website, bad weights on all kinds of products (like tiny plastic trays being quoted at 13kg of shipping weight when it was a fraction of 1kg). Ended up finally getting a configuration that qualified for their free shipping and completing my cart checkout, only to end up being quietly charged almost $40 in shipping (for an order just over $100) after the fact on my credit card. The only reason I noticed was from the emailed credit card receipt (which comes from a kind of sketchy looking personal hotmail email address). In contacting the company asking why this happened all they did repeatedly was to tell me that the order didn't actually qualify for free shipping, even though that's what the system said when I checked out and was what I had "agreed" to pay. I've purchased from them a bunch of times previously, including pretty much the exact same items on this order that were previously shipped free as advertised. This time the site said it was free but just charged me for shipping anyway with zero warning. No offer from customer serivce to waive the shipping charges that their system mis-quoted. No offer for anything in fact except repeating multiple times that the order didn't qualify for free shipping no matter what their site said when I checked out. I ended up just cancelling the order and will look elsewhere.
