I had an insurance policy with this provider and while insured by them, the company failed to cancel vehicles that were registered on the policy. Then they decided to cancel my policy prematurely and charge me over $6000 in what they claim were unpaid fees. The fees were not unpaid because I never owed them they could not explain in detail why I owed them or how I owed them and then sent it to collections which is now on my credit history. It has affected my life negatively in a lot of ways. It has remained on my credit history, and I want it removed.

ThinkInsure recognizes that the ******* policy cancellation documents were signed by the customer ***** *******. However, upon submission of the necessary documents to the insurer *******, the regular scheduled payment was locked in via 'bank tape' by the insurer and financial institution.

ThinkInsure worked with the customer and ******* to rectify the issue. ******* has scheduled a return of premium owed $587.81 to the customer on February 12th 2023.

On Feb 1, 2023 ThinkInsure communicated to customer the details on when the refund will take place.

ThinkInsure will follow up with the customer on Feb 13, 2023 to confirm that the funds were returned.

ThinkInsure believes we have worked with the customer and ******* to rectify the issue as much as we can to this point. We will keep the issue active until the funds have be returned to Ms ********

Please let us know if you have any questions about this matter.

    Thanks Greg
