      * ****** I signed up with this company in March of 2022, but their service did not work correctly for any month that I was receiving the service. I went weeks without internet, their solution seemed always to be to replace the modem, or reset the modem. I replaced their modem 3 times. I took time off work to drive to their office and exchange the modem, only to have the internet go down again the next day. The month of October 2022 I did not have working internet at all for the entirety of the month, I changed my modem and still could not get the internet to work. After daily calls to their tech support department with no solution to my problem, I finally canceled the service. I paid my bills every month for a service that did not work. When I canceled, they charged my credit card one final time for over 100 dollars without my authorization. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are terrible, provide terrible service, provide terrible technical support and overcharge you on every invoice for a service that does not even work, **** **** **** ***** *********

      My internet was down yesterday and i called customer support and found out that it was an outage from ******. An agent assured me that he will check and get back to me as soon as he will gets any update. After a while i. Issue was resolved. Agent did followed up with me to make sure that i got my connection back . 5 stars for an agent and the company for exceptional customer service

      I really don't understand all these complaints people are having on Carrytel. I have been using them for many years and I have not found any major issues. Of course there will be outages here and there but there was never a time where I will complain just because of an error which is not caused by them. I am currently using their 1000 plan and from what I know this is overkill, I only need about 200-300 mbps to run all my software without any issues. If I have any questions, I just call their technical support team and never had any issues with the agents. They have been very helpful to me.
