      Hired this company to come out and cut a key for my car as I had lost it. They quoted a price of 165 then raised it to $400! They cut a key for the door lock then said they needed to get a code from **** to program a key for the ignition. The technician(***** ********** ** ************) was off and on there all day always saying the jib was almost done. By 5 pm he had not yet completed the job and offered to have another tech do it and would call (never did!) Spoke many times to their manager who *** **** *********** *** hung up on me over and over. (**** ** ************). At the end of this same day, the car key was found but it no longer will start the car because the anti-theft was triggered! They refused to come back to fix the problem. They left with the key that opens the lock and still have it! ** **** *** *********** ***** ****** *** **** When contacted after the Thanksgiving weekend, they **** ***** ******* ** ** ****** ****** ******* *** ******* *** refused to help at all or provide a refund as they claim that money was just to get them to come out! but they did b nothing *** ********* *** **** ************** * **** ***** **** ***** **** ********* **** ***** * ***** ******* **** *********** *** *** ********* *** ********** ** *** ********** * **** ***** ****** **** **** *** the only thing we can do is hire another company and pay them to re-code a new key. At this point i just want our $120 back so we can put it towards the cost of another locksmith. ** *** **** * *** *** **** ** **** *** *** *** * *** **** **** ******** ** *******

      On July 16, 2022 the technician arrived to the property to complete an inspection of a door lock that was jamming as well as take measurements to order a screen door. Upon completion of assessment the technician stated that they did work today informed us they didn't ask for our consent to complete work and expected us to pay for the work completed. We paid for the work completed as well as paid a total of $235.60 for the screen door measurements. We informed the technician that we would need the screen door to be navy blue and they responded with that they will check and get back to us.

      After making several calls and leaving several voicemails over a three week period to the company inquiring about the status of the door to ensure that it would be blue and also determine the install date with we did not receive a response. The installer then called us and said that they would be coming same day to install the door on August 12, 2022.

      When the installer arrived with the door the door was made with a white frame and was 3 feet too tall. As the installer walked throughout the home they also created damage on the walls leaving scratches and scraping the paint. The installer left with the door re-measured the door and left for the day. Prior to leaving the installer had let us know that the new door would be ready to be installed the coming Wednesday.

      We continued calling several times leaving voicemails with no response about a status update on the door over the next week. Every time we were able to get through to someone at the company they said that they would call us back and never returned our phone call. The last conversation we had with the company representative on Friday August 16, 2022, they confirmed that they do not have a blue door and that it will be a white door that will be installed. At that point we had informed the company we would like a full refund and they call said that they would check with someone and call us back, and have not.
