    This company has admitted to me multiple times that I am to receive a new replacement refrigerator. The owner himself James B. called me and told me he would send me a new fridge due to the defective colour on my fridge. Then I received an email from his staff saying they would ship me out a new fridge and then NOTHING.
    Then I had to start the process again because no fridge was sent.
    ******* has now offered me $400 instead or that I can drive from British Columbia to pick up a fridge in Toronto.
    This company **** and takes no responsibility for poor quality.
    They tell me they have sent me a 2nd fridge that was damaged on a train - this is FALSE. The very first fridge they sent me was damaged in transit and never even made it to my house. So of course a 2nd fridge had to be sent so that I even got one. They are saying I received a fridge and then a 2nd fridge was damaged on a train derailment and so that should be good enough because they "tried sending me a new one"
    This company has delayed their response so long that they are now saying it is past warranty.
