      As ******** of a ***** ********** *******, I've been using xerox for many years and I really like their products and I.T. services. Recently, the lease on my old printer was up and I contacted a salesman to start a new lease on a new printer. The salesman was extremely pushy to get my signature on the new lease. After that, it was weeks before I heard from him about when to expect the removal/replacement of printers.

      More weeks pass, and Xerox drops off my new printer. Left in in the middle of my office. Had to call and ask to get it installed. A few days go, and a tech comes to install. Moves the old printer to the middle of my office. I've contacted the logistics coordinator, ******* ***** about the removal. She'll tell me she will call me when the truck is coming, but it's been 2 weeks now, no call. I just really need this printer out of my tiny office. It's causing a major problem in our day to day. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      I took out a lease on a printer/copier/fax machine through Xerox Canada about 5 years ago. The contract was quarterly lease payments of $274.63 approx. and to last 5 years. Once my lease ended, end of Jan 2023, Xerox reached out and said because I am not buying out the lease contract they are going to charge me $350 to come pick up the machine. I asked them why are they charging me so much as they did not mention this when we got the lease contract. They informed me that it was in the contract. I looked, and in small print it does mention that a a going rate fee will be charged but didn't specify. I don't mind paying a fee but the fee being $350 when my quarterly lease payments were only $275 is extremely unreasonable in my opinion. I explained this to them and they didn't care and refused to negotiate. Do I have a case with that the $350 is unreasonable compared to what i paid for the lease given in their contract they don't specify nor mention the small print clause of this? I can provide documents of proof if you feel there is a chance to fight this.

      I contract new machine last April.
      When I contract new machine, they promise I do not need to pay any more the machine I used one until new machine arrived. But they keep sending me the invoices.
      They removed base charge. But they charged meter read.
      In xerox system has Every month I have to fill out the meter read and send out to xerox.
      my used machine has contract base charge included 3000 impressions.
      It should be no charge for each impression up until 3000 but they charged me for every single impression.
      I tried to talk to them about this issue, but they told me to just pay for it.
