    Terrible experience.
    Ordered several items - and was told there was free delivery.
    Items not delivered - company used ****** **** to deliver and apparently they would not deliver to my address. ****** **** left a card requiring me to pick up the package at a location that was farther from my home than the closest CPAP store.
    The items were returned to sender and I was told that I would have to pay extra to have the items actually delivered to my home.
    Told them not to deliver and they refused to refund the total cost of my purchase.
    They charged a 15% restocking fee.
    Customer service not responsive - just spouted policy and refused to put me in touch with anyone with the authority to make a decision outside of policy.
