    Great service and price. I had questions as my car was a sedan, and hatch back was listed.. Staff gave me the correct Part number for my sedan and I placed the order. Super fast delivery caught me off guard, and I got the repair needed even faster than scheduled. (Canada)

    This company uses ********** accounting calculations for returns and gives you very little amount of money for what the parts are really worth.
    I would never use them again.
    They don’t give you options on different parts that could be required for your vehicle and make you responsible to pay for returns as well.

    Placed 8 orders over 9 years (2012 - 2019) never had a complaint then in August 2022 a charge for $19.99 for Plus 1 Year appears on my credit card. I have sent emails as instructed through their virtual assistant, email comes back as undeliverable. Tried placing a call back request but continually get 'Something went wrong.     *** **** ** ** *** ** *** *** **. Should have checked here before placing an order as I would have been made aware of the membership scam they pull on you when you place an order. Similar to others I got billed for my annual membership a month after the order and when I inquired about the charge on my card I was informed that I had signed up for the membership. They sent a generic screen shot of the tick boxes in the section if you are paying with ****** which I didn't do. Probably should have since I now have to try and ensure they can't bill my card next year. *** ******** ** ***** ** ****** ** *** **** ** **** *** **** *** **** ********* *** *** **** ************* ******** **** ***********y. I hope others can learn from my less than stellar experience, I've learned and will NEVER deal with them again.

    Bought maybe 2 orders a few years ago, and then BOOM- they charged me a ** "membership fee" because they kept my credit card on file. The 'membership' was not part of the site when I ordered, it was done after. Took WEEKS to resolve and get refunded and I told them to REMOVE my details and card from their database, that I was done. Since then, I have received no less than half a dozen emails from them trying to CHARGE my credit card without authorization, including 1 today. **** ***** ** *** ***** **** ** ******* ! Dear ___ Your AutoPartsWAY Plus 1YEAR membership expired on Feb 19, 2022. Unfortunately we were not able to charge the credit card you have on file with us and your AutoPartsWAY Plus membership has been suspended. In order to reactivate your AutoPartsWAY Plus, please follow these steps to update your credit card with us: 1. Go to www.autopartsway.ca and click on Your Account at the top of any page 2. In Your Account select Change Payment Method 3. Update your credit card to your preferred payment method. If you need further assistance, please contact us. Sincerely, The AutoPartsWAY Team

    They send wrong parts they mislabel on thier own site, then refuse to refund your money after the part has been returned. The stupidity is so great ive now just started a dispute with the bank instead of dealing with ***** ******** *******. Be careful with your credit card info with these guys too fyi.

    I've used AutoPartsWay.ca many times for several years, though not within the past year or two. However I just received three emails stating that my credit card couldn't be billed for renewal of my AutoPartsWay Plus membership. What membership? I have no recollection of opting in to this program. Perhaps I needed to opt out? It's hard to withdraw consent to something that I didn't know I was consenting to in the first place. I don't know when I was enrolled in this, or if I was billed for this in the past, but I received no invoices, no emails or any other communication explaining the program. This is a deceptive and completely unacceptable practice, and now I need to warn the many people who I've referred to AutoPartsWay.ca to watch for this unexpected charge on their credit card statements. *************************************************************** ****************************************
