    I have been dealing with this company the all month of November 2023 Regarding a sale of a GENERATOR (********* *******) I Bought IT At **** ******** on *** ****** Street Brighton To my dismay the unit was damaged. To make this a short story, both MidlandPower and ************ strongly accused me of the extensive Damage to the unit....HOW this could possible be made by an elderly person (82+) *** ***** ****** ****** **** * *** ***** **** ** **** ****** *** *** ** **** ******** *** ********* *************** **** ** *********************

    Midland Power Inc

    Date: 07/12/2023

    The
unit was purchased from **** ******** in Brighton, Ontario and is one of our
    products which we stand behind.

    Please
see below notes from the store:

    I
    sold the **** ********* generator ******** to ***** on Nov 02/2023 at 1:13pm.
You will find attached pictures of the generator in store at the time of sale
and as it left our store. I and a colleague here loaded it into *****'s **** in
his presence outside the store, after which he closed the rear hatch and left.

    He
called a few hours later saying it was damaged product we had sold him and we
said he could return with it and we would address any issues.

    The
following day Nov 3/23 at 4:25pm he returned with it where we saw significant
damage to both the recoil and the frame. We refused return as this is not a
warranty issue and was not damaged at the store.

    It's
clear the customer is using BBB to leverage an outcome that is not fair.
