I placed several orders with this retailer and was satisfied never having any issue, until I did… I shelled out $100 for a cream that worked like a miracle on my cracked hands when nothing else did. When it arrived, it smelled rancid and I contacted the retailer to let them know. They were not prompt in getting back to me, so in the meantime I contacted the manufacturer and ascertained the cream in question was produced TWO YEARS AGO! A week and a half later the retailer responded, asking for pictures and details, which I sent without delay. They said they could confirm the product was fresh stock, but would look into things. Several days later, I asked for an update. Received as follows:
    Thank you for contacting us.
Upon further investigation with the brand, we can confirm that no know issue has been identified with this product's batch. Please see below the information received from the brand :
"these products don't contain expiration dates on the units, but have a Period After Opening (PAO) of 24 months. Once the individual customer opens the product for the first time, the product remains suitable for use within that 24 month window. ******** has a 24 month shelf life, so it is still well within its shelf life. We have not identified any issues with this specific lot, and ** ********* products do not come with security seals in an effort to reduce packaging waste."
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.
    Kind regards,

** ****** ******** ***** I am out $100+ have a rancid jar of cream and am being told there is no problem, despite me telling them there is a problem. Furthermore, if the product was made 2 years ago ago and has a 24 month shelf life, how can it be well within its shelf life? It can’t. ******* ** ***** ** **** **** **** *** ** ******** ******** The product should have been written off, instead they are ************** passing their expired products on to paying customers, and wasting my time.
