      paid my money took my fingerprints , got letters from friends and neighbors sent all required documents and then they tell me the person taking care of my file is never in, and then they hang up on me. ******* **** *****

      I used their services. First contact was Oct, 29 , 2023. Full payment made to them on Oct 30, 2023. Parole board did not receive the application under Dec 6, 2023.
      Correspondence was non existent. I had to call, email and hound them for answers, which were never straight forward.
      I even had to ask for a receipt for payment, which they found to be an odd request.
      I provided them with all legal court documents that I had already in my possession. Sent Priority Post.
      I recommend that you *** * ********* ********* *** * *** ** **** ********* ****** ****** get an application and gather all required documents yourself.

      This company has taken 548 dollars from me, for no help in return. When you call them back the mail box is full. I would really appreciate my money back ******* *** ********** ** **** ********* ** **** ** ***** ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** **** **** *** **** ************** *** ******* as per the reviews. I wish I had read them prior to using there services.

      I pay twice time to have my pardon and i never receive a call or documents for my pardon.

      this client he never toke his fingerprint's as requested (he said because of covid ) we did contacted him and finally we got his fingerprints 2023 and his file was completed (done)
