    installed less expensive and lower quality swimming pool filter and high speed electricself priming pump
    did not return the price difference of over $100.00 workmanship ****** with leaking pipe at filter head. did not return to correct the connection. also broke the main drainage pipe and did not reolace it did not reply to telephone calls and e-mail messages

    Sorry but i did the installation correctly. I was asked to do extra work for free, after changes in the system, (removing an old heater) and repairs on work that i didnt do or damaged. I went there and met the customer after his complain and with respect to his 92 years of age explained to him that this was not the old deal, but couldn't convince him. Well, i thought i have to give up.

    Mr I. did not address the fact that I paid him to replace the 24 ich sand filter and high pressure pump with similar equipment but instead he replaced these items with lesser capacity. He did not offer the repay the price differences. He also broke the discharge pipe and said he could not fix it because there was a gas water heater partially obstructing the outlet. He is not qualified to work on gas hot water pool heaters and I had to get another company to remove it. He then told me to get a discharge hose from *************. He never came back to repair the water lelak at the filter that he had installed. I never asked him to do work for free. He never returned to talk to me.
    ************************************** he did not return telephone calls or e-mails. As an aside I took care of swimming pools for many years and know about filters etc. *************************************************************** ******* He was unhappy when I told him that I did not want to hire him for weekly srvice of my pool. I was servicing swimming pools before he was bornl, but I never told him about that.

    I was told by a different pool company that his work was sloppy. I agreed. He did not replace the old pipes, but made connections with
    different pipe material. He also made it difficult to remove the pool pump for winter storage by glueing the pipes together instead of removeable connections.
