  If you are considering placing your child here please, please read this honest review. I wish someone had told us this "school" is a family run BUSINESS it is in no way a school operating in care of the students. The staff are not Ontario College of Teachers certified and for the most part were not trained to be teachers or have gone to school in this country. Their knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum, their interest and ability to educate is seriously lacking. However, it is the racism and ****** that is a VERY serious concern. When our child spoke to "admin" about daily being physically and verbally ****** daily at school (they were called a "*****") they were told by admin "Boy's will be boy's you just have to get use to it". The "Principal" believes that all matters should be handled at school by their family and that students should not communicate their concerns to their parents or families? Why the need for secrets you might ask? Students are not allowed to use their phones at school in fear that they will contact their parents. There are a LARGE number of hidden fees (like almost $9000 to register your child but you will not get this bill until June when there is an additional 21% interest applied to the fee you did not know about), also $300 for using a computer (even if you have your own). There is no extra curricular activities, no sports, no music. It claims to be a French school but there is only one subject and in some rare cases two subjects taught in French (does not qualify for French immersion). It is not (as advertised IB) certified so your child will not receive the certificate. This entire journey was * *** from start to finish, however what is must disturbing is what this place will do to your child self confidence, self esteem and love for learning.

  The things you need to know but will not be told.
  Before you pay for this school there are a few things I wish I had known.
  1. It is run by a family and the staff are not Ontario certified teachers. The staff are very uncaring and supportive. It feels like the mission statement should include - "It is our goal to destroy any self confidence your child has, and any passion for learning".
  The actual "teaching that occurs is very limited" but made up by endless hours of homework and projects. It is very focus on independent learning with little (really no) teaching or support.
  2. In my opinion most importantly, staff turn a blind eye to the bullying that occurs at this school. Students openly use racial words, slander and (sometimes physical) bully other students. There are no restrictions on their behaviours and no repercussions.
  3. Finally, Staff and admin are un accountable to parents. They are "above" returning calls or emails so do not accept to receive answers or replies.
  Very, very limited music program, no extra curriculars, no sports, no teams, no after school activities.

  this family business provide WORST customer service and NO RESPECT for their customer/family AT ALL. The father Alfredo make UNEDUCATED, BIASED NEGATIVE comment in the back of other parents which was heard by me. The daughter in charge of the finance, Murielle, is only GOOD AT ****** *********** *** FALSE ACCUSATION. Never get back to parents call no matter how many voice message you leave for almost half month, and the excuse was simply" I WAS BUSY, NO TIME FOR EVERY PARENT". ** *** **** ** **** *** ***** ****** **** ***** ****** ****** ****** *** **** ****** **** **** ******* *** *********
