      I bought a meat saw less than a year ago and it start to malfunction I contacted Nella the send out a service man he claims that it’s regular rare and tear so they say I’m responsible to fix it while it’s still under warranty I told the to order the part that needed and it’s over 2 months now and can’t get the matter resolved
