      This business owner Cleo ******** *******, tried to **** us into using their services. After a water leak from running our washing machine, I call Pro Max to assess the situation, diagnose the issue and provide an estimate of the full scope of work to be done. After arriving, Cleo plugged in 1 Dehumidifier ****** and 3 Air movers claiming that we have mold growing underneath the floorboards (he did not conduct any kind of inspection to verify there is mold) and stated that we must provide credit card information and that we will not be charged until we speak to insurance. Yet the next day, once we requested a written estimate plus their license information to get our insurance claim process started, Cleo threatened to charge $4,500 for the plugged-in equipment if they remove it from the house "early". Despite initially informing me that I have the right to go through my home insurance, Cleo refused multiple times to provide an estimate scope of work or price, refused to provide an invoice, and ultimately refused to cooperate with my insurance provider. Cleo repeatedly stated that we should (blindly) trust him, complete the restoration work with him, and pay him (all without an estimate or clear explanation of the scope) and that our insurance will somehow cover all of it! When I refused and insisted on following the usual insurance claim process, his demeanor changed. He attempted to charge an unknown amount to our credit card on file and later threatened to sue us and put a lien on my family home if we do not immediately pay him by e-transfer even though I was still waiting for a response from my insurance adjuster. Surprisingly his original threat of $4,500 changed to $2,034 including tax. Still he did not provide an invoice or estimate detailing what this cost entailed. Finally once we received an insurance settlement, we paid him according to our insurance provider's estimate. He was still not satisfied, therefore I finally paid him $200 extra out of pocket.

      Hi There,
      As a business owner i dont **** anyone.
      Yes we did response on the service call and as you agree on the first night to leave equipment to dry the place and prevent for mold growth.I agreed to leave the equipments for that night and the next morning to procced with work after you talk to the insurance.
      Even you agreed for the plumber to come and un glogg the drain.
      Till that moment that the plumber finish and everything worked perfect on the drain system you where ok after we solved the problem you start blaming us.I have prof photos to show to anyone how your place was and i have the plumber to prove.
      We got a credit card on file from you and we didnt even charge,why you saing is a ****?
      Wee find out that the credid card provided from you was wrong and that is a *****.
      we didnt even something but we stay calm and on the end you were the one you pay us with the transfer in the middle of the night.I have prof for everything that is agains to what you saying.
      You are the one you did the complain but you are the one that e-transfer without me asking.
      E-transfer mean on the legal words that for the age that you have you are aware what you doing.
      You sent text messages and thank you us.
      Yes i told you for $4,500 for the entire job to be done and you had to ask and go through insurance.
      As per the work to be done i never **** to you because is strait forward procedur from us to the insurance.
      Your water damage was category two water and the floor has to be removed by IICRC regulation,drywall has to be cut and baseboards to be removed.
      You used us pleasing to leave the DH and air movers the first nigh and the next day to refuse to pay.Do you think your loved ones by them or us?do you think we got it on the stret or we pay for them?
      Mam we dont **** no one ***** ** *** that we left the equipments and you dont want to pay.
      We come in the middle of the night and you dont want to pay.
      We broutgh you a plumber and you dont want to pay us for our service.
      We trust you with the credid card and you provide the wrong numbers whis again is a ***** and we didnt report you.
      Something else is in our industry we provide the service and people they understand geting the invoice when we are done with the amount we agree.People like you they *** ** ***** ********** *** using different kind of excuses like the above on the comment you did.
      Please kindly i am warning you eather with you honesty remove the comment or with all my pictures,video,credit card wrong,text messages from you and insurance, with the e-transfer you did i will go for legal actions agains you.
