    I had a terrible experience with Landmark Roofing and Siding. **** **** ********* *** *************** I initially hired them to fix a water leak caused by animals nesting in my flat roof. Steven quoted me $800 for the job, and I agreed. Later, he approached me with a quote of $7500 to replace the entire roof, which was on the high side compared to other roofing companies. He eventually agreed to match another quote at $6000, and we shook hands on it.
    When the work began, I noticed that the workers took my broom and shovels to the roof without permission. The following day, Andrew claimed that all the rafters needed replacing, but I found his statement suspicious since there was no evidence of rot inside the house. He then quoted me an exorbitant $16000 to replace the roof. I decided to stop their work and offered to pay the originally agreed-upon $800.
    Andrew refused and insisted that no one could do the job for less than $16000. As they left, I realized they had used my ladder without asking. The next day it rained heavily, and water poured into my house because they had left the animal hole unpatched. Upon inspection, I found their patchwork was poorly done, directing water into the house instead of the eaves.
    I took matters into my own hands, fixing the leak and resolving the immediate problem. When I asked for my bucket and broom back, Steven did not respond to my text. ******** * ***** *** ********* ******** ******* *** ****** *** ** ***** *********** ****************** *** ****** ************
