      * ****** ***** ******** *** my experience with Vaultra Storage has been frustrating ****** ** ******* ***.
      The main entrance door to the storage facility has been broken for nearly three weeks, and despite this ongoing issue, there's been no real effort from management to resolve it. Although there’s a big $200 fine for idle parking displayed, there is **no one monitoring the premises in the evenings** — which raises serious safety concerns.
      I've visited the facility over 10 times during this period, and each time I’ve had to park outside and carry my belongings all the way to the parking dock because the loading door remains inaccessible. On one occasion, a car was parked in front of the dock for 45 minutes, blocking access while no one was even loading or unloading anything. When I contacted the emergency helpline, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful *** ********** **** — his response was to “just wait more,” with no willingness to assist.
      To make matters worse, today I had an interaction at the front desk with an employee who responded dismissively when I asked about the broken door. He said, “That’s not our fault,” with zero concern for the inconvenience or frustration customers are facing. When I asked, “Is it my fault, then?” his tone became even more disrespectful.
      Up to now, I’ve been patient and tried to overlook these issues, but the consistent disregard and unprofessional attitude from staff have pushed me to report this officially. I will be filing a formal complaint so Vaultra’s corporate office is made fully aware. This ***** ** ************* *** ******** ******* is unacceptable.

      At Vaultra Storage, we take all customer feedback seriously; however, we will not allow our staff or our company to be misrepresented, intimidated, or harassed by individuals seeking to manipulate a situation through false claims or threats.
      Mr. *****’s review is not only riddled with exaggerations and misinformation, but it is also disingenuous in nature. To be clear: Mr. ***** visited our office in person and aggressively told our team that he has the power to “take down businesses” through reviews and that they had “better watch their step.” This is not a customer simply voicing frustration — this is intimidation.
      Despite his inappropriate conduct, our team remained professional throughout. We did, in fact, offer Mr. ***** a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, which he accepted in writing. It is disappointing, then, that he chose to return and post this review after being fully reimbursed — a clear indication that his intentions are not rooted in resolution, but retaliation.
      Regarding the issues raised:
      • The door issue was already being addressed, with parts ordered and technicians scheduled. We communicated this clearly to all affected customers.
      • Our facility is monitored during posted hours, and any safety concerns should be reported respectfully — not used as a means to insult or belittle our staff.
      • Our emergency helpline and front desk staff are trained to assist all customers; however, they will not engage in verbal abuse or tolerate hostility.
      We stand by our team and the integrity of our business. We have made every effort to accommodate Mr. *****, including issuing a full refund. We consider this matter closed and will not respond further to any additional intimidation or threats.
      Vaultra Storage is committed to serving our customers with respect and professionalism — and we expect the same in return.

      Vaultra’s response is disappointing but unsurprising. Rather than addressing the documented service failures I experienced—including a front access door that remained broken for over three weeks, video evidence of being denied access while others entered freely, and multiple unanswered requests for system access logs—they have chosen to attack my character. > > I categorically deny the claim that I made any threats or engaged in intimidation. I raised legitimate concerns, both in writing and in person, and I have preserved all communication, including video and email records, to support my account. Vaultra’s decision to terminate my tenancy shortly after I posted a factual review, and to tie a refund to the removal of that review, speaks for itself. > > Their response does not address the retaliatory nature of their actions, the lack of transparency, or the dismissive tone used in their final communications. I stand by my review and my right to inform other consumers of my experience.

      I have already filed a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. If Vaultra wishes to challenge the accuracy of my review or dispute my claims, I welcome the opportunity to present the full record. I am fully prepared to share all written and recorded communications, including messages in which Vaultra never denied key allegations and, in fact, admitted to several of the issues I raised. I stand by every word of my account and am committed to ensuring that the truth is heard and upheld.

      ******** ****** ***** ******* Ive been paying late fees every month because they do not offer any other payment option besides credit card or cash.
