      int ***** ******* **** I had a bad experience purchasing ******* *** plus with your dealer axcellarone at Mccowan and finch intersection. I was told to bring it within 15 days time with no scratch. [False info given 15 days. It should be 30 days by ******** **** online customer care team]. Inv created by same location I was told to pick up phone at yonge and Sheppard location . After picking up cold weather could not start my car. After 4 days took it to McGowan and finch location. The sales associate Lee check phone in front of me and took it to a corner where he bend and doing something. Covered from me. He pointed particular spot rather checking whole phone. This made me suspicious. He took it to a corner than on the table. Ample light in the mall. There I saw box cutter scissors metal items there. Returned and said minute scratch there. Further the edge of the phone covered with sticky tape by .manufacturer. peeled off tape and said scratch there. Now i strongly believe why did he took to a cornere where i can notice metals like scissors and other things there. I told no. Then he said manager not there. * **** *** * **** * ****** **** ******* ** *** *** ** ******* *** ******* * ****** *** ****** *** ** *** *******. The same day contacted VP an associate name mark told me to take iz to 805 Milner avenue location and drop it. When I went to Milner location I was told that it was a kiosk not accepting any phones. Told to take it to Scarborough town center location. I took it there, he did not accept and check the phone told me phone is in good conditions, the issued location should accept. Nothing wrong. Called ******** ******** **** then I was told to take it to purchase location. Before I was told to take it to other location and give a call. After calling from Scarborough location told to take it to old purchased location. Does your professional team don't know how to handle this.,? **** *** * ******** ** ****** ** ****** Called office i was told to come at 100pm the manager will be there. I was told by national channel recovery to call while there. I went there 1245pm waited till 130pm then manager showed up. Call *** depth they believe managers version than mine. I told *** associate ask why did Lee took the phone to a corner before seeing any scratches and why did he peeled off the tape put on by manufacturer. The manager told me employee Lee took it to a corner to check any scratches. Then no answer for peeling edge tape put on by manufacturer. I did waited final answer no. * **** **** ** ******* ****** ****** ****** Now this is the final request to resolve the issue of returning the phone
