      I booked the online security guard exam. When I logged on to participate in the test, the invigilator failed to appear. * ** ******* **** **** ** * ****** ********** **** ******  No refunds, no re-booking, no customer service or support. 25-30 candidates times $40 a head is a cool $1200 for providing absolutely no service whatsoever. You are much better off travelling halfway across the province to take the exam in person, like I had to do....just terrible.

      ***** **** *** *** ****** I had scheduled an online test for Security Guard license on Sept 11 at 4:00 PM. As per protocol, I had logged in and the invigilator (Proctor) Rod came on and asked to see my ID's and the room where I was going to take the exam. I did so and he was satisfied. About 15 mins after 4, I had started my exam, I was on question # 5, when the testing system froze and would not move onto the next question. I then refreshed my browser to see if that would resolve the issue but it did not and I then got a notice that I have been ejected from the exam. I then called Serco but it was too late so I had emailed them with my situation. As per their site, I should get a response within 2 business days but it is now 3 business days and no response. I have called several times and emailed several times but no-one is responding. This is by far, the worst service I have ever seen. I can't get my license without writing the test but I can't write test unless I pay again and I do not see any reason why I have to pay for something that was not my fault. ** * ****** * ***** ******** * ******

      ********* **** ****** They speak **** to people who speak English as a second language and yell at them thinking it will help them understand what they are saying. They assume that everyone understands the ***** ticket system they have and do not give sufficient time for people to respond and get to the counter. Lines are messy and disorganised. The place is too small for the number of people that go there - needs to be expanded. All signs are in English/French with lack of thought towards inclusion of other languages. *** ****** ***** ****** **** ***** *** ** *** **** ***********

If you would like to provide details on the location that you attended, we will share your feedback on the cleanliness and queues with the location Supervisor. We also appreciate your feedback with regard to posted signage and have shared with the appropriate department. Currently, posted signs appear in English, and at designated bilingual site, signs are also posted in French in French, (French Language Services Act) In case you were not aware, the knowledge test can be completed in several languages as outlined on our website: **************** Further, the website may be translated into several languages, to better assist customers with obtaining general information.       Hi, thank you for your response. I attended the DriveTest location in Downsview (on Carl Hall Road). I was not complaining about the knowledge test having different languages. That is a good first step, however I was providing feedback on the rudeness of your staff when somebody speaks English as a second language. Something MUST be done about that location's disorganization and employees' general rudeness. Based on my experience there, I hope I never have to attend that DriveTest location again, and I am sure that many others feel the same as me. Thank you again for your response.

      My wife's number is 0008. They were dealing with number B00004 when I come in. very soon, they called number 00010, and then 7 and then 9. After they called a few other A and C numbers, they called number 9 again and there is no 9 at all. I was very confused and asked the staff. One of the staff told me someone will help me soon. I was very upset because a month ago, the same thing happened, *** * *** ******* *** * ******* ******** **** *** ********

      When an agent helped me, I was distracted *** ****** ** I dropped my wife's driver license on the floor and only provided other documents. The agent told me my documents is not enough and she cannot wait and called another person. Before I left, I found my wife's driver license on floor and tried to give her. However, the clerk reused me and was very impatient *** *** ** ** ** ***** ** ** ******** ***** *** ****** *** **** **** ** ******* **** ***

      Soon the manager came *** ****** *** *******. She has no attitude of helping customers solve the problem and appeared very impatient. She refused to investigate the root cause of the problem and just tried to put all responsibility to customers. *** ***** **** ** *** ********* ** * ***** *** **** * **** **** **** ** ***** *** **** *** **** *********** ** *** ** ******* ** ********


      The manager together with other staff is rude, lacks experience, has no empathy, no correct and fair workflow
