This company solicits clients that can present themselves as disabled in order to get the return of funds form the government. The company asks that they be authorised to deal with the Canada Revenue Agency and they forward the form with a doctor's report claiming what is in fact a tax credit to the CRA. As well as an initial fee,NBA then claims 30% of any refund. According to the company, they follow CRA guidelines in acting for a third party and receive 30% of the portion of any refund for the disability credit from the applicant.
