On March 1st 2023 I bought a cart part that was $400 ($100 deposit+$300when I picked up) he told me that I have 30 days warrenty return or exchange. On March 22nd I called him letting him know I want a refund because the product is leaking and defected. He told me that he has another part he can replace with, at this time I didn’t want the other part as I paid my mechanic to order a new part. So I said I don’t want the exchange I’ll have the return, he tells me now that if we have the replacement we cannot refund you. Even though he never mentioned this before. So he told me to come the next day for pick up of the replacement. I was very busy so I ended up going to pick up on MARCH 28th 2023 when I arrived he said he never ordered it because he thought I bought a new one and I didn’t need it, which has nothing to do with him selling me a defected part and giving me my warrenty. So now he tried to say that it’s past the 30days when it only has been 28 days and I called him from the 22nd. * **** **** *** ***** ****** ******* now he’s not refunding or replacing the defected product.
