    I would like to take a few minutes to say a few words and thank one of the service managers for what he took on and accomplished in the time that he promised.
    I realize that sometimes we get unlucky and get stuck with a vehicle that is far from what we were told we were getting however when we are put in the position to have to put up with so so service then it becomes a real issue until you get to deal with a class guy with a ton of knowledge both in the mechanical and the customer service sides a guy that we will call Jay 2 then everything seems to calm down and move a while lot faster.
    With all my issues he took the bull by the horns and decided that it was time to stop with the bandaids and told me that he was going to replace the engine and as soon as he got the go ahead from the warranty people that he would have my car back to me so n 3 days and when he calls me in 3 days I was elated and my faith in GFA was restored
    .I still think that the other mechanics are very good and I don't have an issue with their mechanical abilities but I just think that Jay2 has the know how to deal with the upper brass and with the.custoners to keep them coming back to GFA which in the end is better for everyone
    So thanks Jay2 for all your help
