    Purchased gummies in March of 2024 at a cost of $309.69 CAD for six bottles and after taking them found out that due to a health condition I was unable to use them. I then returned five unopened bottles and received a refund of $297 CAD. When i ordered these first I was unaware that this was a continuing subscription and was not told otherwise. in June/July of 2024 I received another shipment of six bottles and upon checking my bank account noticed that they had charged me another $309.69 CAD. I called and asked them why i had been charged and sent another shipment when I had returned the first one and it was then i was told that it was a reoccurring subscription. When I asked why I wasn't informed about this when i first ordered them , I was told then it was written in the fine print of the order. ** * ********* ** ******** ** *** *** **** ** I did not even notice any small print as I ordered them online. After more conversation and multiple calls they agreed to refund the full amount so i sent back the shipment and they confirmed that they received it to their warehouse in July of 2024, but then told me that they attempted to put the money back into my account but were unable to and did not give me a reason as to why. They told me that they would rectify this and when the money was put back into my account they would send me email confirmation. i never received the email nor was the money put back into my account.
