    About 10 months after the installation we noticed the the remote controlled ***** blinds were not tracking properly and that the ends of the blinds were frayed.
    I called the store and the original sales person had been replaced by a new one, Stephen. He listened to my issue and put me in touch with the head office.
    I received an email requesting pictures, which I fowarded.
    Head office responded to the pictures:
    (1) They suggested I likely caused the bad tracking by, for example, opening a window. (No such cause)
    (2) Pointed me at a video on how to correct the tracking. (which I did, it was easy).
    (2) Stated I should have monitored the tracking (I was never instructed to do this).
    (3) Claimed the frayed blinds were not their fault.
    I have repeatedly called Stephen but he has not responded to the voice mails I have left. This is even more of a concern than the frayed blinds.

    Purchases drapes and blinds from Shadings
    Blinds don't operate properly and drapes are of very poor quality.
    The showroom drapes liner on the back are reasonable but I received
    1 0ut 10 quality , the backer liner is not sewn flat and bunches and does lay flat.
    The poor quality sewing translates into wrinkles inside the room.
    The manufacture said they would resew the backer but has refused to do so.
    Premium price , very low quality , poor customer service and arrogant manager who won't stand behind their
    product. ** *** ******* *** ******* **** **********
