    The sales person from **** ***** Decorating Services who came to my home highly recommended the "zebra" blind, and explained that it would be in two parts. I immediately asked how difficult it would be to keep the two sides in alignment - she said it would be extremely easy. It turns out that they are not easy to keep them aligned, you have to keep trying. It's very frustrating. They are also very noisy.
    When I complained to the salesperson, she forwarded my message to ************.com.
    I was asked to send a video of the mis-alignment and recording of the noise. After reviewing the video, I was told that the installer would return to change the control. He did so and the blind is making more noise than ever and it's still difficult to align the two sides. I've asked for a refund and the vendor Maxxmar refused, they will send someone to pick up the blind & repair it. This is leaving us with no window treatment for our patio door - so much for privacy. ******* ******* *** ******* *** **** ******** *** at this point, I don't believe them when they say it can be fixed. I believe this product to be sub-standard and still want a refund.

    Hi ******, we apologize for the unfortunate experience you are having with our product, but you must keep in mind that we are the manufacturer of the product and don't interact with the end consumer. If you are not satisfied with the product you need to contact **** ***** who sold you the product and if necessary have them return the product to us and if the product is under warranty we will either repair it or replace it. Perhaps it could also be an installation issue, but regardless it should be resolved. With respect to getting a refund that would be between you and **** *****, we did not sell you the product they did and if necessary we would refund **** *****.

    We are waiting for the defective blind to be picked up and supposedly repaired. Since we do not have any confidence that this will take care of the problem, we would rather have it taken away and expect a refund. You indicate that the refund should be coming from **** *****, however for **** ***** to refund us, MaxxMar would have to refund **** *****.
